Need network t

New broadband user ff. need Network name as still old network showing.  Despite reading a million times it's on the router it's not.  Beginning to wonder if I should have changed from Plusnet. Also need Some number

@Katecoin if you have Sky Q boxes then you will still see the old network name ignore that you need the new one. If Sky have swapped a white Sky Max hub for a new one they will have applied a switch somthe network details matched the old hub simplifying the change over so it should be plug and play.
