@Elaine351  Why do you think you need a new router? If it is your connection that is dropping maybe that is where you first have to troubleshoot. Do you have a black or white router from Sky?

@Elaine351  Your 2 other duplicate threads you created in the Sky Protect section have been removed as you have this thread running.
