I need a new main phone socket installing. The current socket is very old and the connections are faulty which are causing issues for my broadband. I work from home for CityFibre. This issue is causing problems for my SKY Glass TVs and internet.

Where the BT jack goes into the socket from my router...something has happenned behind (in the scoket) as the jack ins't clicking into place. I've had a local IT engineer to take a look this morning and he said I should contact Sky who will probably send Openreach. I work for CityFibre (who now have a contract with Sky) and was hoping for a number to call for an engineer!
