SKY router isn’t broadcasting SSID, but connected WiFi extender is working

my SKY router has stopped broadcasting its SSID so I can't connect to it - but a WiFi extender (connected via Ethernet) is working fine... any ideas how to get the SKY SSID back? Thanks

@AndyP1999  Can you do a factory reset on the max broadband router by pressing the WPS button waiting for it to change colour.
