HELLO I AM CONTACTING TO SAY MY BROADBAND KEEPS LOSING CONNECTION IN ROOMS. IT CUTS OFF EVERY MINUTE FOR AT LEAST 3 SECONDS SO THERE IS CLEARLY SOME SORT OF FAULT AND REQUEST A SKY ENGINEER TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU

I have the seem issue, router constantly dropping in and out. I use apple devices and messages stating hub offline then online coming through

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Done the tests and all is good. The problem can be fine 1 minute then starts up again
