NEED AN ENGINEER AS MY CONNECTION KEEPS DROPPING !

HELLO I AM CONTACTING TO SAY MY BROADBAND KEEPS LOSING CONNECTION IN ROOMS. IT CUTS OFF EVERY MINUTE FOR AT LEAST 3 SECONDS SO THERE IS CLEARLY SOME SORT OF FAULT AND REQUEST A SKY ENGINEER TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU

@Helpmyspeedisslow  Your not addressing Sky Customer services, nothing will happen on the back of a forum post.  You caps lock appears to be stuck and makes it appear your SHOUTING.

I have the seem issue, router constantly dropping in and out. I use apple devices and messages stating hub offline then online coming through

@Helpmyspeedisslow Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Done the tests and all is good. The problem can be fine 1 minute then starts up again

@D4v1d7  Do you know what speed you are supposed to get and your minimum speed that your connection is supposed to be?
