Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Stephanie1518 If you have tried something else in the same socket that the router was plugged into and it works then it sounds like either the router has died or the power unit for the router.
If you have done this you will need to contact Sky and ask them to send you out a replacememt router, there should be no cost to you when you do this.
