Hi. I have started a new broadband contract with yourselves. The engineer said I would need a new router. And I haven't been sent one. Can you send a new one out please?

@Hayley176  I'm afraid you're not contacting Sky customer service, no one here knows who you are so nothing can be sent to you.

 

Best to call Sky on 150 from your Talk Landline.
