@Chayts if wait for up to an hour the service checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection should have picked up the issue when it does it can walk you through some tests and offer to book an engineer to check the line but thst is unlikely to happen until,next week. Alternstively you can call Sky and go through the same process over the phone.

I have followed the steps multlie time and still cannot connect to Wi-Fi. Beginning to regret changing supplier.

@Chayts have you booked an engineer either using the app or over the phone?. Line faults need to be fixed. Sky use thecsame networks as most other isps and lines can fail at any time.
