Mysky app access denied

Strange one, I had booked a house move on the mysky app. Went on today to change the date, it let me change it but now if I try to click any links on my profile on the app or even on the sky website I get Access denied. If I disconnect off the WiFi it works. Same happens for my wife on her phone using my sky account login. I've tried logging out and back in and its the same, it will only work if I disconnect from the WiFi.

Any ideas? Chat bot has none.

Also as a side note, when I changed the date on my house move I had an email saying my setup address is my current address, but the app shows the new address. Again tried to ask the chat bot where the engineer is going but it said it can't help

Have you tried turning your broadband hub off for 5 minutes then after powering it back up waiting a further 3 or 4 minutes before seeing if you can then get access when connected to your wifi network ?

Thank you, i haven't to be honest. Ill give that a go in the morning when the kids are at school so I don't get told off

I started having the same issue yesterday.

Can access everything when on mobile data but not via Sky home broadband, was working fine previously.

Have powered down my sky router and still the same when back on.

A couple of days ago I contacted sky to upgrade to fibre to the property, wondering if they have made some changes to my connection?

Give it time, I didn't reset my modem, I forgot to be honest. Checked this morning and my app was back to normal

Some times it works then next

 

time it will not .thinking it may have something to do with the  new launch  off the  iPhone
