Server not found

Cannot get apps as it says Server not found tried switching off but still doesn't connect

Your post isn't easy to follow as you've not given any useful information, without this it's going to be a guessing game.

 

Apps on where? What device?  Where are you seeing this message?

It's happening on both my IPad and. My iPhone I am trying to download an application that I need. I have Sky broadband and I have checked my connection and it says all is fine. I have reset the Hub and also tried turning in it off from the power completely,I have also turned off my devices but it comes back with the same message. Server not found.
