My wire

My wire to connect to the internet on the roof has fallen and I'm not being funny but if sky put it on properly it wouldn't of fallen and I don't understand why my wire outside had fallen and no one else it is a health and safety hazard and will need attending urgently in case cars can't get past

@CharlieBullock

I am presuming here that you're referring to wiring put up by Openreach. Sky won't normally go anywhere near a roof as their H&S policies are very strict.

If it's Openreach wiring see here about reporting it to them direct

Obviously after the adverse weather yesterday/today there may still be a delay.

@CharlieBullock Sky didn't put the cable there, Openreach would have who own the infastructure. You need to either call Sky to report the issue or contact Openreach directly via their website https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/damage-health-and-safety
