Full Fibrw upgrade

I received a text to arrange my upgrade but was taken to a virtual assistant who couldn't help on text. No number was given to call. How can I arrange this if the text method provided doesn't work.

When calling as you need to speak to someone, say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
