My wifi isnt working the light is orange on the hub but i ran tests and it says its working

My wifi light on hub is orange. I ran tests on the app and that says its working..any ideas?

Its the phone line thats the problem

@Pipster13 if you actually mean the wifi light then your hub is connected but there is an issue with the wifi output to your devices. Assuming thst a simple power down reboot does not sort the problem you will need to call Sky to get a replacement sent out after Christmas lines are open over the holiday from 9am to 6 pm. In the meatime ethernet connections should work.

If however the internet light is the one showing amber then there is a line fault. Run the connection test in the My Sky app which will tell you if there is a known fault affecting your line if there isnt again call Sky.
