Hello my wifi is constantly cutting off.
Its happening nonstop every 5min for at least two weeks. It's driving me crazy especially when I think how much I pay for your services.
The box has 3 lights and the one in the middle is sometimes orange and then change again to green. And then reconnect to again to orange.
The router is on the floor and nothing is touching it.
I will really appreciate if someone can fix it, because this is really bad. And it really annoys me that I have to deal with that and pay over £40 a month.

@DominikaD1 You are in no way when posting in this forum site contacting SKY, it is cust - cust help and support. When your router it is operating, please try to log into your account and run the connection test.
If it finds a fault, it may allow you to book an engineer to invistigate your issue, which can be a few from your description.
Or if you have landline call 150 from it and ignore all the voice prompts and eventually you will connect to an agent, they also have the ability to test your line connection.
