Members are customers like yourself so need information before we can advise you which is why @GD1 asked you to post your hub'sstats which tell the more experienced members what the issue maybe.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Hazel8 those speeds sre very low but can for a few customers be the most the system can deliver if they have very long lines but on occasions the line is faulty. You can run a connection test in the My Sky app which should tell you the speed your hub is receiving and if the test finds a fault can book an engineer to sort it for you.
Sky only can guarantee speeds to the hub rather than to your device. Often the problem is lousy wifi signal in your home. There sre things you can do to help sort thst but wifi does have its limitations.
Hope thst helps..
