@GemMichelle81_ Which hub are you using from sky. and how are you trying to connect the TV, wired or wireless wi-fi! See the about hub's below if you are not sure what you have.

It's just basically Netflix advising that my device may not be connected to the internet.

@GemMichelle81_ Ok, got you, so is the TV connected ok with other services working fine over the Wireless connection fine, but only netflix causing you the issue!

Sorry to confuse you but none of my subscriptions are working including Samsung plus's which is built into the TV.

@GemMichelle81_ When you try to setup the Network connection on the TV, does it see the sky wireless wi-fi ssid that is coming from the SR203 sky Broadband hub that you have? 

Edit:-You may just have to go seperate the bands so look at the link below, and just rename the 2.4Ghz ONLY by adding _2G to the name. I gave up on my Samsung TV as it just did not work great at all on wireless so wired it and never had an issue after that! See the link below...

@GemMichelle81_ Why is it saying you are on EE WiFi did you keep an old name, or are you trying to connect to that, if that is NOT your ssid, then a EE WiFi connection requires you to have an EE account ID and password!
