My television signal seems to have a problem. The sound and picture are interrupted

I think there is a problem with my sky link as my television picture and sound frequently freeze including when I record programmes. This happens in live to and in recordings. I receive a note on screen stating the programme was interrupted due to a poor signal.

can you help resolve this?

The problem is with my sky broadband signal not the television. I need a telephone number so tha I can discuss this with a sky broadband member of staff.

@Harry1947

Live television is not affected by broadband issues unless you have Sky Glass or Stream.

Sky+, Sky+ HD and Sky Q use dish reception for live channels.

That's why it's useful to specify what you are using.

@Harry1947  Unless you have Sky Stream or Glass then as advised Live TV can't be affected by broadband.

So which box do you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
