My BT box has a red light on the LOS. How can I get the issue resolved
My internet connection has dropped this morning and there is now a red light showing LOS on the BT box. How do I organise to have this sorted as I now have no internet or TV

@beckowen Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
