My sky wifi not working

  • Hello
  • My sky was installed on the 4th of April and my internet has not been working and I did the subscription for £26 every month I don't really know why is not working

@Oghogho  You're not contacting Sy customer services via the forum they won 't get back to you in response to a forum post.

 

Did you get a date for Broadband installaton as this isn't normally done at the same time as getting the TV service installed.  Is there anyting showing in your orde rtracking page?  https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
