@Billy17 what colour lightbis the Sky Max hub showing when connected to your line? See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-max-hub ifvits red itvsoundsclike your connection has not been activated. Either check the My Sky app My orders section to see if there is an update or call Sky. Activations can slip where a technical issue arises.
