The sky Q and mini Q keeps dropping out amd disconnecting from the broadband. I was expecting a call regarding this days ago but nobody has called and the internet service and tv connection has been ridiculously poor.

Thanks for this, I only just picked up the message and missed the call. I have managed to get it sorted now, it turned out to be disc space!
