The sky broadband activation date was today but we still have not received our Hub and it has not been dispatched yet.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mccarthym24 Give Sky a call tomorrow and let them know that your router has not arrived and they should send you one out. If they say you have to wait to see if the first one is going to turn up. Just let them know if it was going to come it would be here by now and not saying coming soon in your tracking.
