My sky broadband is not connected

My broadband is activated even though I put the moving in date as today to activate it, but still not activated

@Chris2206  So taday is your activation day? If this is correct it can take up to midnight for data to flow on the day of activation. In a small number of activations this does not happen.

I have the same issue, I have recieved my broadband activation text however, 2 hours later and I am still having no luck. Should I be waiting the full 24 hours even though its all connected on sky's end?

It does appear that sometimes these texts are sent before the activation takes place so if today is your activation day then this can take place at anytime throughout the day up to and sometimes after midnight.

ahhh okay, that would make sense, even if its all connected sky's end? like when I log in it says its activated 😞
