Broadband issues slow and dropping constantly
Hi since upgrade having connections issues on a daily basis done numerous checks the light flickers all day on the router myself and daughter both work from home and it's not working for us, we need to go back to our original broadband or I will need to cancel and get broadband elsewhere as I am totally sick of it, I am not getting emailsuntil later in the day my work is flagging behind as it freezes, we used to be able to go outside and get wifi not any more, when I move I to the bedroom it goes off line, it's like it's only in the kitchen and living room.

Re: Broadband issues slow and dropping constantly
Yiu haven't said what tests you have done so if you haven't done this yet then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
