My sky app shows problem with the Internet download speed

Hi, my MySky application has been warning me for the past couple days about a slow download speed. (40.2 Mint/s what it measures, but it's supposed to be 100 Lbs). Could someone please see to it, whether this is true or not? Thank you in advance.

This is a customers customer support forum so you are not talking directly to Sky.

 

Does the app give you an option to run a line test if not give this one a try:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

 

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
