Secondly even if Sky did respond to issue posted in forums how on earth would you expect them to call you back when they wouldn't have a clue who your are.
if you are with Sky broadband and have a broadband outage you need to phone Sky to report it. If you report it and it isn't fixed within 48 hours of when you report it you start getting automatic compensation.
Its quite common to have to wait on hold for quite a while to speak to Sky customer services at the moment but when an agent becomes available and you are next in the queue someone will speak to you.
