My router doesnt work

The power cable box on the wall says its faulty on the lights on my sky router works but that doesnt it prouduce internet i cant connect at all to the internet on my tv . I can connect to wifi on my phone just not to the tv

@Kealysweet if by the power cable box you mean the ONT unit Openreach provided and that either has no PON light or is showing a red light there is an issue with the full fibre network. You need to call Sky and report the fault so Openreach can check what is wrong.

Unless the 'fault' light is lower right rather than top left: then it's a charge status indicator on the battery backup unit for an older ONT model, and not directly related to broadband.
