My router does not work

An engineer was booked 1pm-6pm yesterday to fix the problem, however did not show up. 

My router does not work. Has no lights showing etc but all tests show that everything should be working just no connection to the router. I think I need a new one as the cable doesn't work properly to give it power and I have tried one myself but still doesn't work.

@Leah-W if the hub is not powering up it needs to be replaced so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
