My password always incorrect

I have try the password on the back of route several time is writing incorrect thank you

Please I could not connect my device to my new WiFi that was activated on 11

@Tochukwu1 What do you see on the hub with regards to the lights, use the link below to say!.

All the light hub is perfectly fine .the problem am having the password going writing incorrect thanks

@Tochukwu1 If your device is not able to connect then it will not matter how many times you put the password in, do you even have one device connected over wireless wi-fi, and one Ethernet device connected to the hub will let you know that it is connected!

Password is supplied back off the label, underneath on some hubs, or supplied via a paper card in the box with the hub!

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as show on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.
