Newly installed and keeps going in and out

My sky broadband was installed this afternoon/evening and has been going in and out since. We cannot get WiFi on any devices or our TV to work

I have the exact same problem its driving me nuts. Our phones are connected fine but the Sky Q box keeps disconnecting!!!
