My openrech box is off and I have paid my bill and I can't get WiFi

Your post isn't very clear. Do you mean your hub isn't working? What's the relevance in you paying your bill - are your services restricted because the payment was late?

@Brian002 if you mean the ONT by the term "Openreach box" and thst has no lights then check it isnt simply an issue with the mains supply. Assuming it isnt call Sky to report the failure so they can get the unit replaced.
