Hello my broadband will not work. I have followed various steps from your online troubleshooting steps. I have no lights on it. I have changed the socket to sockets I know are working and all of the connections to the hub are plugged in correctly....

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your hub/modem wont power on you'll need to call Sky for the fastest response. They should either send you a new hub if the hub isnt working or send an Openreach engineer if its the ONT that isnt working.
