My middle internet is dropping out at least 3 times a day now, this has been happening for nearly a week now. I should not need to be switching the power of and on to get it to work.

I have an openreach engineer booked so hopefully the problem will be solved, just done a speed test and i'm only achieving 15Mb when I have a guaranteed 100Mb+

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@AndyM1 while the hub is connected run the connection test in the My Sky app and see if it offers to book an engineer. If it doesnt call Sky to report the issue depending on what the diagnostics tell them they may pass the fault to Openreach to sort. Line drops on their own only become a fault when the automstic systems cannot stabilise the line as a guide Openreach consider up to 10 drops per day as acceptable!
