My internet l dropping out continuously

My internet has been dropping out continuously over the last 2 weeks (last 6 months has been fine), which is very frustrating. I work from home and connection issues means I am constantly missing important ameetings .
I get this below and when I select the 1st option it does the spinning wheel thing and then the internet is back up and nothing else comes up 

If anyone know what could be causing this please can you advice, thank you

@Hpindoria  When this happens run the broadband test to see what is happening with your connection. This information can be found in the information below.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

@HpindoriaIf it comes back as fine, then come back to the here and we can get you further help to sort out this issue for you and can you also not restart the router as that gets rid of the evidence of what is going on.

Mines exactly the same , I've missed teams meetings all day and it's still going on and off !

After Highlander

So today it has been dropping out and coming back, and everytime i do the connection check it says its fine. What would be the best thing to do as its very annoying whilst im working.  I have taken a screen shot of my  hub status if this helps

Hi @Highlinder the agent asked for more photos on Thursday which I sent but never got a response back and I can't open/find the chat anymore
