Broadband very intermittant

My broadband keeps cutting off whilst watching tv/Netflix so loosing the stream of things same when connecting devices at home, an engineer was out last week and replaced the plug at the wall still having issues

Are you using a safari browser.  Its best to use a chrome browser instead
