My internet isn’t connecting

I have tried all the steps they have asked me to do but it is still not connecting

@Daisycurrie  Have you just moved to Sky or did you just lose internet connection out of the blue?

I have moved the sky box and unplugged it. Disconnected everything! Still not connecting

@Daisycurrie  When I asked if you have just moved to Sky, that was me asking if you had just come from another Inetnet provider to Sky.

@Daisycurrie Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
