My internet is not working. I am being told the connection is fine and it isn't

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jessburnttoast the test result in the app reports on the condition when the test ran which can be several hours earlier. If you tell thecapp to run the test again it should tell you ifvthere is a known fault. If the line is still down this morning call Sky and report the issue so they can get it checked out.
