W box not working even thou it says it’s working

Cannot get tv on won't connect to sky q box done all the settings all the green lights are on to say it's working but the other q box in the bedroom won't connect but working downstairs couldn't watch the tv last night either thank you

@Paulwoods07 are other devices connecting to the internet normally? If they are it sounds like an issue with your Q TV boxes rather than your broadband so call Sky as they can send out an engineer to sort it if they can't diagnose the fault during the call.
