My internet is not working

My internet is not working, usually my router has 4 green lights but currently it has 2 green lights and 2 orange

At that time of night it could be maintenance taking place. This is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by 7ish in the morning contact Sky / Sky Ireland to report it.

My Internet was working up to about 7.30am but then stopped. I've rebooted but no good. I have 2 green lights instead of 3. Sky checker says all OK. West Sussex
