Hub keeps switching on and off

I have a sky glass tv and can not watch tv for more then ten minutes before the connection is lost and have to turn the tv off for 5mins before i can continue to watch for another ten minutes. This happens about 4-5 times a week for hours. Very unhelpful when you have a special needs child who kicks off when this happens

@Clair40  When you say the hub keeps switching on and off are you talking about the connection to the internet dropping or the actual hub restarting, just want that to be clear.

I have tried turning it off waiting a couple of minutes and then turning it back on but the same thing happens. Don't know if it's a fault in the hub
