If it's happening at the time you've posted it's possibly maintenance related. This is done overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any outages nearby https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)
If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

the service checker was worse than useless, for 2 hours it told me my broadband was fine even though it had a solid Amber light the entire time. no reported outages and after 3 hours it's working again, not that either sky.com nor the mysky app thought it wad ever anything else, not a good experience I expected better

oh, I tried to phone, they closed at 9pm and I cant dial 150 my phone wasn't working because my broadband wasn't working

Sounds like it was the overnight maintenance then. You get no advanced warning of this. Hopefully it just required the one night.

@minski_1 there is zero point in trying to call any ISP overnight even if the lines were open in these circumstances as the chances are they wont have been told that Openreach are doing mantenance on your circuit. It is an unavoidable fact like overnight roadworks these jobs have to done sometime and there are fewer users overnight.

My Internet is not working ,on the box it shows one greenlight one red light then one green light ,also voice recorder on tv does not work, can you please sent someone out to fix it ,I need to do online shop ,as I'm on disability

You mention you're on disability so it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~
