My internet is down, 3 green lights on and 1 orange light voice light on, but still no internet
after reading some other messages on here around the 28th September these an issue as it happening to me, been unable to work all day, not a bad thing tho!!!
what's going on, sky are saying theses no issues.

We are having the same issue this evening in Boughton Monchelsea. Have no sky at all now, but 3 green lights on but "no Internet connection " on WiFi. Not ideal...sky not seeming to care..

I having the same issue in Hertfordshire, Sky sent me a text that there was an issue and they are trying to fix it

Sky don't care at all. Tomorrow will be a nightmare. It's really highlighted customer service. Not impressed. 5 years a customer and yet no product to use.

Find out more@Emiliecr2015 if you have green lights for power, Internetvand WiFi but an amber voice light the issue is not with your line it is a fault with the server managing your connection. The recommended fix is to power down the hub for at least an hour which should reset the connection. Alternstively you can use tge hub's web interface to forcexa disconnection.
If that doesnt work call Sky.
