Ours has been down all day! service checker said there was an outage in the area until around an hour ago when it said it was all fine. i have restarted our router twice since then with no luck! absolute joke at this point
ME17 also down. Diagnostic checks say nothing wrong but no internet. Rebooted a couple of times but nothing. Seems like it's a big outage in the area. Fortunately we have Trooli fibre for work and that's fine, just no sky Q box. Get the Scrabble out.....
Still the same In ME15 service check says everything is fine but nothing! hope this is resolved soon not been able to do my online learning which needs submitting
ME17 also. No internet all day. Sky say outage in area which should be resolved in a couple of working days! Just ran a check recently which says everything fine which it clearly isn't!!
ME18 area the same, no internet, sometimes it says issue in the area, other times says all connected fine, but still doesn't work. Been same all afternoon and evening
Anyone else going through this in ME14 again. Same issue as before for us says its connected and sky say no problem but no Internet via WiFi or ethernet. Voice light is yellow.
