Hi, my internet regularly drops out and loses connection

My internet regularly drops out and loses signal, maybe 5-8 times a day

My internet drops out regularly too. I'm almost at the end of my contract and I won't renew. Sky don't seem at all interested. 

It drops out around 9pm every night without fail and then randomly across the day. Streaming any sort of TV is an absolute joke.
