ME15 area, phoned Sky and the automated message said that they know there's an issue, and will send me a text when it's back online.

I’m in ME17 and my internet isn't working either but sky tests are saying it's fine

Same in Headcorn TN27. Spoke to sky but said not aware if any issues.

Same with me. Checker says it is all done, no broadband or WiFi or tv though. Voice light on the router is orange - everything else is green

Have exactly the same issue, everything says it's working but unable to connect to the internet. Amber light on Voice. Headcorn area as well.

Maidstone town centre and i have the same, all lights green except voice yet no internet. Tried the usual resetting of everything and the router and still nothing and all sky can say is, well my computer says theres no issues so i will have to get an engineer out to you.

I'm ME14 and the same - all green except Voice which is orange - tried all the turn off n on stuff and reset button - no difference whatsoever . Can't get hold of canine at Sky and need internet to do my job!

Tested the broadband earlier says was good
Now says there is an issue will be sorted in a few days😕
