My internet hasn't worked for 3 weeks probably get an hour a day. I have tried all the usual fixes. This has never happened before

You would need to call sky on 150 from a sky landline or sky mobile or
Contact sky as below

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
