Can only connect to Wi-Fi when using a Ethernet cable

I am only able to connect to my sky Q box by using a Ethernet cable. Was originally connected by Wi-Fi went off, it won't let me connect by using passcode or by pairing the box and Wi-Fi hub

@Emma741 these are the instructions for networking Q box https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q-do-you-have-a-sky-hub if that fails give Sky a call as they should send out an engineer. However ethernet is the best connection so use that if at all possible.
