My internet has gone off. Again

I have no internet. I'm trying to work from home and my internet has dropped out at this time for the last 2 days. I have gone through the process of checking through my sky app and it says all is well. But it isn't. I have no internet. Again

Same here, it keeps happening! So frustrating!

It did this last summer too.
