Apps don't connect, is router broken?
I moved to NOW broadband 3 months ago. Whenever my phone is connected to the wifi and I open some apps it won't make a secure connection or takes forever to do so. If I disconnect and use data, it connects instantly. I then reconnect to wifi and it will disconnect and then make the connecting. This is so infuriating!!
The router still has the same factory settings except that I've hidden the SSID, do I need a new router??

@Brollman very unlikely to be tge hub or indeed the broadband connection itself if most sites load but a few dont. If tge Shield is definitely turned off - it can sneek back on in some cases - and youbdontvhave an internet security software filtering your connections its a strange pron[blem.

Umm, thank you...
Is there anyone that might have an idea what's causing this and how it could be rectified?
