My internet has dropped

No working orange light on Internet reset still not working !

Same with mine. Orange light on hub, no internet. The service status says everything is fine, clearly it's not. In the London area

Looks like everyone getting same thing and sky lying again so no issues soon as my contract up im switching ps while typing this its back

At the time of the morning you are posting it could be maintenance taking place, if it continues through the day then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is if no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

My internet is still down all green lights on hub and sky say it's connected but nothing working, phone, tv, Alexa, iPad etc.  no way of contacting sky

@L+H+82 Sky's lines open from 7am.However before calling disconnect your hubfor an hour as that usually so,ves this issue.
